In 2017 we invested in UV printing technology to compliment our laser cutting service. Combining full colour print with our precision laser cutter we can use printed registration marks picked up by the camera on our laser to cut accurate outlines around printed material. In 2022, a second UV printing machine was added to our studio to cope with increased demand and in 2024 we invested in the newest Roland UV printer and were the first in the UK to receive the machine!
Printing your designs in colour, white and gloss ink has never been easier, we have no minimum order quantities and can work with you from your idea through to the completed product.
Our UV inks are durable are are UV stable for outdoor use.
UV printing on to a flat material provides a very similar result to screen printing but with a faster process. Digital processing means we don’t have any set up costs if the artwork is provided to the correct specification and so we can print your products faster while retaining a quality print finish repeatedly.
