For parcels up to 2kg in weight shipping is via Royal Mail. Standard UK delivery is estimated at 3-5 working days from shipping notification.
Parcels weighing more than 2kg will be sent by courier. Standard UK courier delivery is 48hrs.

Due to the personalised nature of our products, once an order has been placed you have 24 hours to cancel in writing via email to info@bespokelaseruk.co.uk, after this your item is in production and cannot be cancelled.
All of our personalised products are made to order and due to their bespoke nature we don’t accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless faulty.
Please check all information you have provided, if the spelling you provide is incorrect we will not refund the order.
If your order arrives damaged we must be notified within 2 working days, please send us as much information e.g. photographs of damaged packaging.
Or, if your order does not arrive within 7 days of your dispatch notification please contact us immediately so that we can track the order.
