Well, our Christmas Production offer is for you!
Our busiest time of year is from September – December as customers order for Christmas stock for wholesale customers, their own website and events.
We understand that planning Christmas designs in advance is hard work, but booking your production early takes the stress away from what is a very busy time of year.
This year you can take advantage of our increased capacity by booking a slot that suits you.
We have increased our capacity by investing in another laser cutter and would love to help you plan your production in advance so you have peace of mind that your production slot is scheduled and we can make sure we provide the best service possible.
We’d also love to make this as easy as possible for our customers, please read the information below and if you have any questions give us a shout!
If yes, please send them to us for a quotation as soon as possible, with all the relevant details such as material, size and quantity.
If not, we need as much information as possible to provide an estimate, even sketches can help.

At this stage we’ll also need to know your desired delivery date.
Once you have received an estimate/quotation and confirmation that we can accommodate your delivery deadline, you can request to book this.
If you’d like to receive your items by the 1st of October we’ll work back from that date to provide you with the cut off for sending the final artwork file and the balance due.
Please note, if you receive an estimate rather than a final quotation, or if your job specification has changed since the original quotation this may affect the total left to pay.
*If major changes are required this may affect the production start and delivery dates.
Once you’ve received the confirmed deadline date and cut off dates we will need you to confirm the booking via email, agreeing to our terms and pay the 50% of your total quotation as a non refundable deposit within seven days of this email.
If the artwork and final payment is not received by the cut off date then we cannot complete the work to the requested completion date.
Your artwork and the balance is required a minimum of seven working days before we are due to start your order.
The artwork proofs will be sent to you for confirmation within two working days for your approval, this is required before the production start date, any amendments may cause delays.

The not-so-small print!
A very rare but possible machine breakdown or staff absence due to illness is beyond our control. In this instance we will do everything possible to meet the requested completion date and inform you of any delays that could happen as a result as soon as possible.
We invest in full tech support and engineer maintenance for all of our machines and so any breakdowns are usually quickly resolved.
