We are reopen from 6th January despite the lockdown in Wales. We remained open throughout 2020, taking extra care when working and socially distancing as a team. We wish all of our customers new and old a happy and healthy new year.
We have remained open throughout the year and thank all customers for their support.
We are now closed to new orders. We will be closed from the 22nd of December – 6th of January. Our emails will not be monitored during this time, any quotes required will be completed on our return.
Here in Wales we are still in lock down, we are taking every precaution to only work where it is not possible to work from home and take only two trips to the post office per week.
The way in which we work has changed. We already had three sections to our workshop where we can work separately from each other and we have our own entrance so we are not coming into contact with anyone we have also implemented day and evening shifts.
Our work spaces are disinfected continually and we are still closed to visitors. Unfortunately our front door is now locked with a bell outside for attention for deliveries and collections.
Though orders are considerably down we are doing what we can to keep going in these unprecedented times and continuing to follow advice from the government.
We will endeavour to complete orders in the shortest time frame we possibly can but if you have any concerns please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
We’re also very happy to discuss future projects and provide quotes for any thing that is just at possible idea stage, especially for anyone getting a head start on Christmas ideas!

If there are any developments that may affect our turnaround time or deliveries we will inform our customers that have orders being processed at that time directly and update our blog for any customers looking to start working with us.
During this time we would like to remain positive, continue to provide solutions to your creative problems, think about people affected and what we can do to help them and be responsible for how we look after ourselves, staff and customers.
Hi everyone,
As a small business owner, sat staring at her screen wondering what to say to her customers that are also small business owners… I want to start by saying, we’re all in this together.
Over the past six years I’ve enjoyed working with incredibly talented creative designers and makers and creative customers who don’t know anything about laser cutting but who choose to work with us. I am incredibly grateful to anyone who has supported us by placing one order or continue to place repeat orders each month.
Over the past week I have felt many emotions and have often been left with lots of ‘What Ifs’ buzzing around in my head, I have always felt great empathy towards others and this week has been no different. It’s all troubling and my heart goes out to anyone that has already been affected by the virus.
I’d like to keep my personal thoughts and feelings brief but should anyone wish to discuss anything regarding their small business I’m always here to listen.
